Email Finder

Addresses out of the noise

Sweep a page, a list of pages, or a whole sitemap branch for email addresses. Fyre reads the places addresses actually hide — mailto links, obfuscated text, contact blocks, structured data — then dedupes what it finds.

A worked example

Contacts for a conference exhibitor list

  1. 1Extract the exhibitor directory with List Extractor to get a website column.
  2. 2Open Email Finder and target that column.
  3. 3Restrict crawling to paths containing contact, about, or team.
  4. 4Run it, then export the deduplicated table with company names attached.
What it does

The specifics

Six things worth knowing before you point it at a page.

  • Reads mailto links, plain text, and the common at/dot obfuscations.
  • Pulls the surrounding context so you can see whose address it is.
  • Deduplicates across the whole run, not just per page.
  • Filters out the usual junk — image filenames, example.com, tracking hashes.
  • Optional per-domain cap, so one page of comments cannot dominate the list.
  • Pairs with Sitemap Explorer to sweep a site's contact and team pages only.
Output

Where the result goes

  • CSV
  • Excel
  • JSON
  • Google Sheets

Exports keep their types. Numbers stay numeric, dates stay parseable, and URLs stay absolute — so the file opens correctly in a spreadsheet instead of turning every SKU into scientific notation.
