Why these are free
None of them cost us anything to run — they execute in your browser on a page you have already loaded. Metering them would be charging you for your own computer. The paid licence exists for the heavy work: unlimited rows, bulk detail-page runs, merging and deduplication, and the scheduled runs that genuinely do happen on our infrastructure.
