Refunds

Thirty days, no questions, no retention flow. One email and the money goes back the way it came.

The policy

If you buy a licence and it does not do what you needed, email support within 30 days of purchase and ask for a refund. You do not need a reason and you will not be asked for one. There is no form, no exit survey, and no offer of a discount to make you stay.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money typically reappears within five working days of us processing it.

What happens to your licence

The licence key is deactivated when the refund is processed, and the extension returns to the free tier on your machines. Anything you already extracted stays yours — it lives in your browser and on your disk, and we could not take it back even if we wanted to.

After thirty days

The window is a firm 30 days. If something has genuinely gone wrong outside that window — the product stopped working, a purchase was duplicated, a family member bought it twice — email us anyway and describe what happened. We will do something sensible.

Cloud run allowance

If you have already used cloud run capacity, the refund is not reduced for it. Charging you for the part you used would make the policy a negotiation rather than a promise.

Avoiding the need entirely

The free tier exists so that you can find out before you pay. Every tool is unlocked with a 200-row cap per extraction, which is enough to confirm the columns come out right on the pages you actually care about. If it works on the free tier, it works when the cap is lifted.
